WHY IS VIRGIN CARE TAKING NHS MONEY?
In 2017 Virgin Care Ltd sued the NHS for losing an £82 million contract for children’s services in Surrey. They received at least £328,000 but the final payment may be as high as 2.6 million pounds A petition signed by over 75,000 people have asked for the money to be returned immediately.

A previously 'Outstanding' GP Surgery in Essex has been put into special measures after being privatised by Virgin Care and falling to an official rating of 'inadequate' in just two years, despite an increase in funding. This is just one disastrous example of how this profit orientated company are failing to prioritise patient care. Where Virgin Care is operating there have been numerous concerns regarding quality of care.
TAX AVOIDANCE?
Virgin Care Ltd pay no corporation tax from annual profits of £8 million from NHS contracts of a 200 million turnover.

British voters are consistently in favour of a publicly run National Health Service. No one voted for this - there is no mandate for Virgin Care to be profiteering from our NHS.
